Dame Joan Sutherland

Three weeks ago Dame Joan Sutherland, had a fall at her home in Switzerland, she broke both legs, and is in hospital.

I would just like to wish her well, and here's hoping for a quick recovery.

Our Joan's a fighter, that's for sure! I understand she told her husband Richard not to cancel his conducting engagement with Opera Australia in Sydney (Lucia di Lamermoor) and that's she'd be fine.
