Oh dear, truly impressing. But *you* have to work on the tune, though.

Dr. Seuss would be impressed, I however, was not. I enjoyed the organ music, but that blasted squawking was rather annoying. I truly hope it was a joke.

I just hope you play better than that guy. That was
so funny. I did the same with a pipe organ and a harmonica not a horn.

CD, that was pretty darned cute. For an encore, maybe they could all switch reeds with each other.

Are we certain that Professor Peter Schickele wasn't in on the first vid? Or was that a descendant of the Early PDQ Bach?

2nd video very unique ... has to be the first Bassoon Quartet I've ever seen gathered - notwithstanding the percussionist, too. Strange ... but ... different.

    Hi stephen,

Switch reeds with each other? My understanding of the bassoon reed is that each player will prefer theirs *cut* a certain way and will not be happy with a *cut* thats for another player - exchanging the bocal plus reed would be ok I'd guesstimate.

    Cheers,

    CD

I've seen the Bassoons before, and as for the first one ... well, yes, a Corno it was, Dolce it was not!

That music isn't bad - shame it wasn't put together by someone with a real knack for arranging ...
