Good to have you here, I have heard of them but don't really know their music.

Can't help you here. I have their albums, so I am not interested in a Greatest hits compilation.
    And welcome!

wow, thanks everyone. Well, see I understand about not wanting to buy more, but see I don't have most of their CD's so I thought this one was the perfect item to get. For those who never heard of Dream Theater may I suggest grabbing the greatest hits CD. I promise it's worth it.

Dream Theaters whole catalog is worth a listen. If you don't own any, borrow someones and you will not be disappointed. Went to DT concert in 07. Probably the best one I've ever attended with Joe Satriani right behind. If you get a chance to ever catch a G3 concert, it is worth the price of admission. Last year it was Joe Satriani, John Petrucci
(Dream Theater) and Paul Gilbert. What a night.

Wow, I am jealous of you for seeing that show. I wanna see them again. And I agree, if you don't know Dream Theater, grab one of their CD's, like now
