That is outrageous, all to make money. Those policemen should be out there catching the real criminals. They do it over here, all you have to do is throw a bit of litter out of your car window, (not that I do) and they nab you with an instant fine.

Yes they are, I feel sorry for them they complain over here, about too much paperwork and not enough policing.

And what is all that paperwork? Oh yeah, to satisfy all the commissioners, politicians and pressure groups trying to ensure that nobody's civil rights are violated. To be a *plod* these days has go to be the most thankless job ever - one's main duty is to *take-out the trash*!
