No, do not kill the poor, but way too many people are laying down with one another to make babies. This far too often results in piss-poor Instruction and development. I come from a rilly poor family and I made it out okay only because a few very special people chose to intervene. Gratefully, I chose to let them and now know I'll never help produce 4 children I can't afford when I couldn't afford the first one.

populationg growth is this world's biggest problem imagine our planet with its dwindling resources trying to feed, clothe and water double the population it is now? what horrors will arise is anyone's guess but unless we challenge and commit ourselves to holding down pop growth well i cannot bare to imagine.

likely the ensuing economic difficulties and social chaos could lead to extreme forms of government that will in the words of a sci fi story i once read,
"control the breeding chambers" (amongst other nightmares)
