    Baldness and career???

Do you think being bald at young age or starting to go bald at young age, can effect your career in entertainment business like music or acting ???

    Aloha kguitary,

Welcome aboard! Please do make yourself feel right at home around here and plan on staying for a spell.

As to your question - It can depend on your vocation, avocation, demeanor, proclivities and a range of other variables.

    Hello kguitary,

Welcome to the forum, good to have you here.

As to your question I am not sure. It certainly should'nt effect your career, whatever it is. I think capability of doing a job, and if it is acting or music a certain amount of talent should count for much more.

    Welcome to MIMF, kguitary

Being one of the 'elderly' members here, I started graying out in my 40's ... it didn't hurt my musical career on bit - actually helped it in a wierd way as some said I looked more "distinguished" ... People are more in tune with what and how I play these days and not about my physically appearance. Talent comes from the heart - not because of being bald or as hairy as Yeti.

I completely concur with my fellow forum colleagues, CD and Margaret above.
