Post Bach J S: English Composition Titles

Hi all and nice to be here again been quite busy lately.

My Question is. Does any one know where I can find the English or Dutch
titles for Bach's compositions either in the BWV numbering or German titles,
translated on the net. I have been searching a while now but seam to get none.

I find it so rewarding when I understand the name of the peace.
I must say the few I get like on youtube and so on makes such a difference
understanding the peace of music. Bach has got some wonderful deep
    meaning titles for his work.

    Kind Regards

    Aloha victorgb,

Here's something that should help you along the way:

    http://www.uvm.edu/~classics/faculty/bach/

Just click on the various titles given in alphabetical order.

    Hi victorgb,

Yes, Corno Dolce has made a good suggestion. There's also a great site that deals with the Cantatas. In section 3 are English translations of other works -

    Hi all

Thank you ever so much for your quick input and
reply. I have found this link that works for me
http://translation2.paralink.com/ I now cut and past
even from my PDF files and it translates to English.
Now Bach is becoming a even more rich and rewarding
    experience in my life.

    Kind regards
    Victor
