Actually, I have heard some beginning grade school bands sound about like that .

You notice that the players of the car horns had their windows rolled up?
Interesting as it is, if I were the car manufacturer, would I want this kind of reputation?

Oh dear not so good school bands then, I think I would have the windows rolled up as well.

Not sure if the noise does much to advertise the car.

I pitied the orchestra, having to compete with that racket going on.
