Hi everyone, new member here. Hope one of you can help me.

I'm trying to locate the music from the the scene near the end of the film "The Bourne Ultimatum" where Dr Hirsch, played by Albert Finney, persuades Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) to "submit to the program". Finney gives a wonderfully understated performance to some wonderfully understated music. Unfortunately it's not on the "official" soundtrack by John Powell - at least, I've listened to the whole OST three or four times and can't spot this particular piece music anywhere. It can't be more than two or so minutes long.

I suspect it's by two composers named John Ashton Thomas and James McKee Smith. Unfortunately I can't find reference to it anywhere so I have no idea how to get hold of it. Can anybody help?

Thanks very much!

Hi reggy971254,

If you have the movie on disk you can always copy it to your hard drive and then use a program such as Windows Movie Maker to cut the clip you are interested in from the end and save it as a small file. Then you can "devocalize" it to take out any dialogue.

Here's one way: http://www.dartpro.com/newkarfeatures.asp

Most Karaoke programs have this ability and a simple google for karaoke programs will provide you with some freeware. One such program can be found here: http://www.tucows.com/preview/309820

Good luck!
