Seeing ruins is where I'm at, kind of a concrete Planet of the Apes, only hydro and shipping canals.
All the abandoned locks and reservoirs of the first Welland Canal, down the escarpment at St. Catharines,
the remains of the second and third Welland canals, with feeder canals, all peninsula wide.
The concrete ruins of Erie Beach, and now Crystal Beach, old amusement parks, are Lake Erie shore-like.
Yeah, this guy needs to come to the Niagara Peninsula.

It was carved in stone, a stone that's been taken from public viewing.
"after paying for a pole and a copper wire, hydro power will be as free as the water over the falls".
Nobody's laughing about that one.
