Universal and Verve Music group sites

Don't know if this is the right place for this but here goes.

Today I tried to join the Verve Music group, part of the Universal group so that I could buy and download some tracks.

I duly entered all the requested information on the application page, submitted it and waited for the registration email. when it arrived I followed the link provided and IE came back with a 403 error, "access denied" found there was a ful stop (.) at the end of the link so deleted it and tried again, got the log in page, tried to log in, got "sorry you are not registered", retried and also tried a few other possible ways to get in all failed.

Hunted through every page on the site and more on the Universal site for a "Contact Us" link, the only one is to their privacy office, and it's very well hidden, obviously they want to keep it private.

Sent an email to the Privacy office link using their form, came back with an undelivered message from the postmaster on their site. Obviously it's so private they don't want my business

Does anybody have a foolproof way to register, or even an email address that stands a chance of a response?
    Cheers MIKE.

    Hi Mike,

I too perused that entire site and couldn't find any contact information worth a hoot. I see that registration requires entry of a mobile phone number ... that is scary enough for me to not want to even try registering - I am very protective of my mobile phone number ... that site is the very first that I've seen asking for that ... most strange.

There is this site: IC3 where one can file an Internet Crime Complaint, if you feel that you have been "victimized" in any way.
