One of my current projects.
Hello all!
I guess this will be my first music-post in this forum.
This is a song i started last year and i recently picked it up again and updated it and so on. I will probably finish it someday in the future.
Anyways, here goes: Frederik Sjölund - Mists of The Forest WIP (4.1MB MP3)
Crits and comments are very welcome!

Re: One of my current projects.
This is another nice song. When I was younger, I used to do this meditation thing to something very similar to this, with the sounds of nature in it, but I can't remember what the name of it was. I wonder if you've ever considered doing something with sound of thunder and rain?

Thunder and rain rules.. i love weather like that.. its so awesome
Thanks for the comments! In this thread and the others. Im going to continue making music as soon as i get my new orchestral samplings. And then after that i will include some even more advanced choirs. Im actually going to buy the East West Quantum Leap Symphonic Choirs. Its going to be awesome. They actually have a wordbuilder in there so you can write whatever you want the choir to sing.

Re: One of my current projects.
Hi Frederik,
I like your music. It is very moody and creates a nice atmosphere. The sound in general is a bit "hidden" but with some mastering I think it would sound very nice.
Tell me, which software do you use for composing?? And where can one buy the East West Quantum Leap Symphonic Choirs ?? Never heard about that before, but it sounds very exciting
Best of luck with the music.

Thanks!
I use Cubase SX2 for my sequencing and composing.
www.soundsonline.com is where you can find pretty much all of the EastWest stuff
