vangelis-style music

I heard this song a while ago, but don't know its author or title! It sounds as if it could have been made by Vangelis or Andreas Vollenweider - but I'm not 100% sure. All I know is that it was made before 1993.

ps. it is not blondie -- call me. the first few notes are the same, but there the similarity ends.
