Does being C-C's opus 1 give somebody a hammerlock on pictures of it? I tried to download 2-3 of those pictures, and they won't download. Interesting, because there are tons of pictures around of other C-C organs, or at least the ones that still exist in some corrupted form.
Funny — when one clicks on the first link on that page ("ifo records"), one gets to a page displaying the other recent recording (by Jürgen Geiger) at the same organ.
I'll certainly get the Geiger CD, if only to have a sound document of the Dargassies restoration. I've not yet decided about the Pincemaille — I'm afraid my buying lust is still somewhat pinned against the ground by my disappointment of his Widor and Franck sets...![]()

I'm not disputing anybody's opinion — merely expressing my own.![]()
On the contrary, opinions are there to be shared! Otherwise, what are forums for?
Besides, you're most welcometo share your own opinion with us (about the Messiaen, the Widor, the Franck, or anything else for that matter).
(As for the Latin phrase, your claim of me not understanding it may come from a confusion between the English verb "to dispute" and the French verb "disputer" — although they are of course akin, the former's connotation is much closer to the Latin original than the latter's.)
