    I have a good quality recording of Scriabin's symphonies, played be the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin conducted by Vladimir Ashkenazy.

    On which Label??, I have some Organ works on Decca which are OK but I also have Bach Tocatas and Fuges, Chris Herrick, this is on the Hyperion label which IMO is a label which never fails to deliver excellent sound reproduction, in this case it is the Stadtkirche Zofingen, Switzerland
    you just get that reverberation which gives you the open spaces of a church. in another genre The Quatuor Mosaiques, Haydn St Qts this is on the Auvidis Astree Label and is a superb recording, such marvelous acoustics

    Deutsche Grammaphon is excellent also Teldec

    Decca. The third disc is especially good.
    I also have some of Rautavaara's orchestral works (Book of Visions, Symphony No. 1) on an SACD from Ondine, and that has pretty good quality.

    Chandos does good on quality recordings, as does BIS.

    Telarc was also a very good label they went in for all the best gear and top of the line cables in their studios
