What do you consider the most technically difficult instrument to play?

Yes Pinocchio would envy me ;) I am just wondering perhaps the Trombone is also a difficult instrument in that you have no keys so must become very accurate at positioning the slide, plus the associated complexities of embouchure.

I know of another instrument that is hard for me to play and that's the
tenor sax. Flutes, clarnets, and even pipe organs are easy as pie.
but not the sax. Right now, the way my teeth are broken and some
of them missing makes playing a red instrument really difficult unless
it's a flute.

Well if you have missing teeth the Flute would be impossible not difficult btw a Flute is not a Reed instrument,:)

... one answer to this question is that all instruments have approximately equal difficulty when played at the highest level, since virtuosi will always be trying to outdo each other, so the most difficult pieces for any instrument will be approaching the limits of what is humanly possible on that instrument......

This person makes a very good point imho! ;)

That makes sense, but some instruments are easier to get started with, say up to grade 2, IMHO a Violin, Cello or Bass are harder than say a Flute, Clarinet etc

I understand that the Oboe is the worst sounding when learning even more so than the Bagpipes, with any keyboard the notes are there you do not have to create them as with other instruments.
