    St James', Toronto

What a beautiful looking Cathedral (love the stained glass windows), I want to hear this one, too!

I'm not an atheist and I don't think I can call myself a pantheist. We are in the position of a little child entering a huge library filled with books in many different languages. The child knows someone must have written those books. It does not know how. The child dimly suspects a mysterious order in the arrangement of the books but doesn't know what it is. That, it seems to me, is the attitude of even the most intelligent human being toward God.

I've never been there, but one jewel in Canada has to be Notre Dame Cathedral in Montreal. Some years ago, the late Luciano Pavarotti did a Christmas concert there for PBS, and it was broadcast over for several years. Much of the interior of the cathedral shows during that concert, and it looks beautiful. Seems to have something of a blue motif to it.

Photo storing sites, such as Flickr, have many pictures of cathedrals all over the world. They can be worth a look.
