    Ha- I've been doing a lot of that in the past two weeks... it's not pretty and I'm not proud, but I really needed to do it. Better that than what I really feel like doing, which is to throw things and break stuff. Now that would be stupid.

    Actually, I've done it probably more in the past year than in the whole rest of my lifetime.
