Military bugle, trumpet...who knows ?

Hi everyone,
Im trying to figure out what musical instrument this is? Does anyone know or have any info on it? I only know that it came from a battle field. The same question I posted on an ammo forum and.... nothing. The blades inside of this instrument its still working.
