Smile What is this Disney music?

Hi, I'm bugged by this brief blu ray trailer on the Ratatouille DVD… I'm really interested to find the music. It sounds like it's from a movie, and it's likely to be a Disney movie. Does anyone recognize it?

Welcome to our forums. I am not sure: sounds like a short impro/filler to me rather than a piece of music from this sample anyway.

    Hello

Welcome to the forum, I agree that it does not sound like a whole piece of music. Just a few bars they used to introduce it.

Thanks for the replies, both of you.

I agree, it does seem like it's just a filler track, but I'm still convinced it's part of a longer piece of music.

I guess if you've never heard it, and I've never heard it, it's probably the former

Welcome to the forum Essential17. In the past, when someone has had a question about a song related to Disney, i.e. one poster wondered the name of a piece that was played during a bird show at Animal Kingdom in Orlando, I enquired via email of Disney Customer Service and they provided a very prompt response with the requested information within about 2 days.

Give it a go... at least then you will know for sure.

Hey thanks Stephen. I hadn't even considered using Disney, I just assumed they'd be a big faceless corporation but they're worth a try. Apparently their customer service is supposed to be pretty good. My first response from them was a bit useless as they just gave me a link to their soundtrack listings. I've made a second reply asking if they can be a bit more helpful.

I'll post back if I ever do find out!

If you don't have any luck, let us know. I'll find the address that I used in the past. I have it on another computer...I just have to look for it.

Well it seems Disney ignored my second email! I take back what I said earlier about their great customer service :P

greatcyber, if your offer is still open I would like to try giving your other address a try. Although if you remember it being directly to the park customer service it might not be of help to me, and I won't make you hunt for it if that's the case.

    Hi Essential17,
Sorry to hear that you have run into a wall with your request. I'm not sure which customer service I used the last time but I will search for my initial email to them last year (I'll look on the server on the web as I have deleted it from my HDD) and post the address if I can find it. I also have several friends that work for Disney so they may be able to help as well. I'm a little busy right now but will make it a priority...I know how these little kind of things can get under your skin until you have an answer.

    Keep your fingers crossed.
