Yeah, I meant to mention, the word brakkie comes from a language called Afrikaans, I am from South Africa, that was one of the many (11 official) languages that are spoken there, Brak means mongeral, but you put a "kie" on the end to make it "little".
I think the Danish language is very similar so those of you that are Danish (from what I have seen, most) just to let you know. You can speak most of Afrikaans to Hollanders.
