    Now this is vernacular

    Now this IS Australian vernacular. The "speedos" this man is wearing are referred to by Aussies as "budgy smugglers" (as in budgerigar), however, very dissapointingly this photo is taken from behind, so one can't actually see why we call 'em budgy smugglers. Enjoy ...

    yes indeed - a man that calls this a toucan smuggler is simply bragging (or lying more likely!!)
