I don't know how many, if any of you know of Dan Fogelberg, but I hope you'll join me in wishing him safe and speedy passage to the next world. Dan died of prostate cancer at 56 at his home in Maine on Sunday. Dan is perhaps best known for his tender ballads like "Longer", "Same old lang syne"...

One incredible band! Sort of power/symphonic/prog-rock-metal, with some absolutely excellent albums. Gary Hughes is a master of the power ballad --- just listen to "Valentine" from the album Babylon to see what I mean. Any other Ten fans?
