Caine certainly made some good movies, although he made one or two clunkers along the way. Any one seen HARRY BROWN. I loved it.

I'm surprised that a tv show that no one has seen fit to mention and which for me remains one of the greatest ever aired is the original Twilight Zone hosted by Rod Serling; unless a series does not count for the purposes of this particular poll. In line with this, I would also proffer another, later--and in its own way--groundbreaking sci-fi tv series from the middle sixties: The Outer Limits. I also liked I Spy with Robert Culp and Bill Cosby.

Steve, I used to watch both those shows when I was young. I found them quite exciting at the time. The original two series of V also kept me glued to the set. And if we are on series how about The Prisoner with Patrick McGoohan. Filmed just up the road from me in Wales it was ground breaking stuff, and became probably one of the biggest cult TV series in history. The Six of One website lists everything you could wish to know, and reunions are held annually at PortMeirion.

Yeah, Teddy, Patrick Mcgoohan is one of my all-time favorite actors, and The Prisoner a simply captivating--pun intended--series. Do you get Columbo over there, which starred Peter Falk? Mcgoohan had several excellent appearances on that series as well. He was really a consummate actor. May he rest in peace.

Yes, I believe they are still repeating it Steve. Mcgoohan played the baddy in quite a few films and TV shows. I think he relished.

Teddy, I think you're absolutely right on that point; he did seem to have a special flair when cast in those types of roles and really seemed to enjoy himself to the max!

Favorite T.V. show would be Frasier by a mile. And films are really hard to decide but movies such as Hunger, From Hell, Donnie Brasco, Quills, Downfall, The Machinist, Pi, Miller's Crossing, Gomorrah, There Will Be Blood, the unbearable lightness of being, and The Man Who Cried comes to mind.

I miscited Michael Caine as being in Breaker Morant. It was of course Edward Woodward, an equally tremendous actor imho. Sorry about that.

Some faves from the BBC channel would be: The Benny Hill Show, Monty Python's Flying Circus and Fawlty Towers. I just adore John Cleese no end. :trp: :tiphat:

I like Mr.bean animated tv show because it's very interested and comedy show.

Blade Runner in all its versions, although the original with the voiceover I like best of all. The music by Vangelis certainly adds to the atmosphere

I used to love the Two Ronnies and Last of the Summer Wine. I like "Midsummer Murders" and the Agatha Christie mysteries.

TV show are Hell Kitchen I love love love this show this is the only place i could find all th complete videos free thank goodness wish the resolution was a little better but can't complain definitely not the worse I've ever seen
