Michael Londra\'s Charity Works

Hi, everyone

I would like to tell you about two upcoming projects of Michael Londra's. Michael is mostly known for his work as the lead in Riverdance on Broadway. He's a tenor from Ireland and has a truly beautiful voice. He's also the Music Director and creator of RadioCelt.

On Sunday, September 11, 2005, Michael will be singing the lead as the voice of Jesus in The Passion of the Christ Symphony Benefit for the American Red Cross Hurricane Katrina Releif Effort. Oscar nominated composer John Debney will conduct. This special event will take place at The Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, CA. The concert is free. 100% of all donations will directly benefit the American Red Cross's hurricane Katrina relief fund. All musicians and Crystal Cathedral staff are donating their time and efforts. The Cathedral is located at 12141 Lewis Street in Garden Grove, CA.

Also, on Monday, September 12, 2005, Michael is releasing a single CD featuring "Danny Boy" and "Song of the Cartegena", which is an original composition of his. All proceeds from this CD will go to Concern Worldwide US. Concern Worldwide is an international humanitarian organization committed to the relief assistance and advancement of people in need in the least developed countries of the world. Founded in 1968, Concern now has over 3,700 people working in 30 countries across the globe. The CD can be purchased through iTunes and Concern's Web site (www.concernusa.org), www.greenlinnet.com and www.michaellondra.com.

For those of you who have been looking for Michael Londra's single CD, it took a few days longer than expected but it's now available on www.itunes.com . Just do a search for his name there. There are two songs - "Danny Boy" and "Song of the Cartegena". The songs can be downloaded for 99 cents each and 100% of the proceeds are being given to Concern Worldwide. So do something nice for yourself today and also help support a cause that does so much good for the world's poor.
