I found this website which is good for relief from the scare-mongering about climate change

Thanks. A very informative link, and comtaining information which is readily available, but not published. I will spread it about as much as possible.

What I do like about the link above is that there are credible references in the biography. I've not had the urge to "check them out" yet however ...
I'm not an atheist and I don't think I can call myself a pantheist. We are in the position of a little child entering a huge library filled with books in many different languages. The child knows someone must have written those books. It does not know how. The child dimly suspects a mysterious order in the arrangement of the books but doesn't know what it is. That, it seems to me, is the attitude of even the most intelligent human being toward God.

It would be hard to do a check David, just look at the co2 amounts added by man compared to that added by nature depends where the stats come from, but I tend to go with those given on the link

Not hard to check at all, Colin, especially as the one I noticed is from Harvard, a university that prides itself on the publication of researched work ... when I said check, sorry to explain this as you're totally misreading my comment, is the veracity of the publications. As to the Co2 emissions, I don't give a tincker's cuss, nor do I have the inclination to go out and do the research. You've obviously never had a paper published by the sounds of it ...

*If a man wants God to hear his prayer quickly, then before he prays for anything else, even his own soul, when he stands and stretches out his hands towards God, he must pray with all his heart for his enemies. Through this action God will hear everything that he asks* -Abba Zeno-

    Angry Cheap electricity?

They have announced that the 100 windmills built offshore where I reside, will be activated today. So tonight I will be able to run a 25 watt light bulb without fear of power cuts. The fact that it has blotted the seascape, endangered wildlife and will cost me 30% more for the power is a small price to pay, apparently. The ecological cost of all that cement poured into the ocean, not to mention the installation costs is ignored. I hope the bl--dy polar bears swim ashore here and bite their a--es.
