As I promissed to Analogicus and my friend Mike I did two mp3s of Boyce voluntary in g, as performed by John Reimer in Sydney on his own Earlwood 2 VPO and I also included in my Russell Parish.
Both recorded from jOrgan 310 (one with Earlwood2 and the other with Russell beta2) to REAPER in .wav. I added SIR2 convolution reverb. Earlwood was placed inside York Minster (2 channel stereo) and Russell in SIR's Cathedral (don't say witch...) in 4 ch stereo. Then export to mp3.
My taste is it sounds very good indeed in both !
Mike I was unable to make a standard midi file of Boyce voluntary.mid found in these jOrgan dispositions. Nor any other .mid jOrgan file.
Reaper, Sibelius, Muse, MtStudio, show a white/blank paper.
If I open a standard midi file to jOrgan recorder it stuck the notes to a nasty cluster chord....
The other solution I got is to send , if possible, with usb the jOrgan playin' to my Motif ES sequencer and see if it records. If yes, the Motif can export standard midi file of the performance, if not....
