Which singer's voice just doesn't match with his age?

Well, when I hear a song, I'd always picture the singer's age according to the voice style. But Brett Dennen really surprised me by his young look but mature voice. He always impresses me with a young face, but when I listen to his song ain't know reason, I thought that it should be a middle-aged man who sings it. Really amazing!

On the opposite end of the scale there is Cliff Richard. Must be seventy or thereabouts but you would neve know it from his voice. I am not particulaly a fan of his but I have to admire him.

This is something I've been going on about for a long time.

When Madonna and Cindi Lauper hit, it seemed like female vocalists
were sounding Betty Boopish, very girlish, even if the lyrics and image was very street sexy.
Now I'm saying this last six months has shown strange vocals, extreme vocals, making it.
Just think of Bruno Mars, Adelle, powerful but very extensive with vocal expression.
Even Britney Spears is letting producers experiment with her voice, getting electronica.

Yeah, I guess this is more about a vocal range and attitude matching the maturity of a vocalist,
not just age.

Have you ever tried imitating Jon Anderson? I wouldn't call him a choirboy,
but he does have one of the more original falsettos around, lots of head tones.

"soon, oh soon the light, ours forever, ours the right,
the son will lead us, a reason to be here".
and then a huge and soft, strummed bass chord, one of my favorite bass moments, on headphones.

Ozzy Osbourne Not sure if his voice matches his age but it certainly does not match his looks. What a wonderful voice, and what a suprise when I first heard him sing.

Ibrahim Ferrer - Buena Vista Social Club

If you have not heard him, or the above album you have missed something special.
