Found 2 references, one in the product listing of an Italian dealer, perhaps someone can translate,

04300740 / ACR 202 IIS-O 651,94 Mod. corto – Con trigger alla 1a pompa – Campana: ø 120 mm –
Canneggio ø 11,7 mm – Argentato – Astuccio

I'm guessing Campana 120mm is the bell diameter and Canneggio 11.7mm is the bore.

The other is from the Amati site, I deduce from what appears to be their model numbering that it's an Eb cornet (Bb cornets number in 3xx series) the current model is the ACR 252

http://www.amati.cz/produkty/eb-cornets/

If you click on "Contacts" on the Amati page you will find their email and postal addresses and phone number (Kraslice seems to be their home town)

Yes thats what they mean.

Here is the other problem, I was told it is a Bb cornet. Haha.

I will contact them and see what they say.

Thanks!

Bingo!! You get the prize, Mike. That's exactly what it translates to ... no, I don't know Italian, but Google's translator does:

04300740 / 202 ACR IIS Mod-O 651.94 Short - With the first trigger pump - Bell: 120 mm diameter -
Ø 11.7 mm bore - Silver - Case

yes that Google tramslator is sure handy!!! I also use Bing translator for correspodence.. as can write in one language and then translate across to aother box and then copy the tranlation to post. Sure is nice. Perhaps local music store band dept. might be able to help also.
