Olives. Weight creeps up as soon as I try and eat normally. Its the tea and ciggies which keep me goin.

I'm having yogurt for breakfast. I'm like you teddy.
I'm trying my best to loose weight since I gained
75 pounds since last year and I am big enough with
out it. My husband can eat like a pig and not gain
an ounce and I can eat the wrong thing and I end
up gaining more weight plus I'm all ready a big girl
size. I wore a size 9 wedding dress back when I
was 26 years old and now I do well to fit into a
4X in cloths.

Yes, its cruel Judy. I can have a nice big meal, not pig size, just filling up size, and the next morning I have put on three pounds. Now that is physically impossible as it takes an additional 3500 calories over the normal daily allowance to put on one pound of fat. But it happens.
The trouble is I like my food. The real trouble is I like everyone else's too. :D

One boiled egg, with a little butter. Loads of tea and ciggies is I woke up feeling rough.

I had six cheese crackers, enough cold medicine to choke a horse, and a cup of coffee.
I have had a cold for the last three days and I feel horrorable.

No Mike. I am fairly good at maintaining my weight these days. Its just geting it down is the problem. Also at some time I will need a new hip and it will be easier if I am not so fat.

My problem was an infection which only became apparent after about 4 mths up until then I had been pain free and playing 2 games of golf a week it took over 12 mths to get rid of the infection which included 3 mths at home with a temp joint and on crutches all the time then another opp and a new replacement, all is fine now as far as the hip is concerned, it's all the other bits that keep falling off and seizing up

Thanks Bill. My main concern is that they will keep the hip, and throw the rest away.

A banana. Trying to undo some of the damage done over Christmas, although I am glad to say I put on less than a pound, despite stuffing myself (so to speak)
