To day I had:
A cup of tea, serials and cream, Vogel's toast and another cup of tea

Saturday mornings: Ham n' Cheese Omelet & Hashbrowns

All other days: Glucerna shake (for diabetics)

eat light brakfast as a rule...today coffee and a biscut with grape jam. ( some days is sweet roll or doonut) when I first get up.. later after I walk the dogs I eat hasbrowns, sausage link and one egg.

Same every day, 2 wheat biscuit cereal with milk and sugar/sweetener, read more of yestrdays local paper, read emails and forums while drinking a cup of café latte.

Today I had two bun sandwiches with tomato and salami plus a cup of tea with raspberry (melba??) juice and a slice of lemon.

JHC- if that is what we call cigarrette.. a few years ago that woiuld have been the first thing I had..then my coffee. LOL ..Quite 3 years ago.

@Bill Yes it's a fag well done for giving up the filthy habit I also gave up about 30-35 years ago, how did you do it?? I just gave up the first ciggy for the day a week at a time I was getting through about 25-30 per day.

JHC..I had cut to ultalights first then used the smallest strength nicotine patch for about 2 weeks and that was it. so far so good. Still like the smell of them anyway.

I had bacon, eggs on toast, before going and ringing bells for mass...that was as of today (Sunday)

Two soft boiled eggs with a little butter. Three cups of tea and about five cigarettes. Nothing else all day as I pigged out with a five course meal at a friends house last night. Tomorrow it will just be a dozen olives.

Nothing today, got an appointment with the local leech for them to take blood samples.

I have more blood tests coming, but I will still have at least one cup of tea and four or five ciggies before I go. Can't even speak without my morning tea. Colin I have promised my wife I will give up this year. Apart from anything else it is the expense.

Breakfast was ten olives two cups of tea and six cigarettes.
