First one sounds like an English voluntary, could be any of a dozen composers, second could be Bach, difficult to tell with the talking over and the shortness of the extracts.
Have a browse through Youtube for organ music by the following composers for the first piece, John Stanley, William Croft, Maurice Greene, John Blow, Wiliam Boyce, Henry Purcell, Thomas Arne, Jeremiah Clarke, Thomas Tomkins, William Walond, Thomas Roseingrave, not sure if all are featured on Youtube, but they all composed Voluntaries around the 17th/18th centuries.
You may also want to try the WIMA archives for the same composers, there are usually electronic sound versions of works listed, along with scores all downloadable for free. Some works also have files for various notation software applications, if you downlaod the MIDI files you can also load them into most notation software, Finale, Sibelius, Noteworthy etc.

The second work if it is Bach could take a bit longer to search for, again Youtube and WIMA being best places to search.
However you may get lucky and have somebody here on MIMF recognise the works.
