unknown instrument

Hello music lovers
I used an instrument I bought used in Belgium a few years ago, in a music composition, inside à university research.
This is a kind of cithar, with 5 sets of 4 strings, probably played set on the shoulder with a dragon's head.
I searched on the web, a reference of this kind, but i really could not find anything that looks the same.
So I don't even know the name of this instrument, neither the tuning.
I join photos of this. Will anyone help me? Who knows this?
Many thanx..

That looks like a zither. Zither comes in all shapes and sizes depending on
the country it came from. Blue grass and Appalachian folk music of the
eastern USA. I had one that was shaped like an Asian zither and sounded
like a harp. That one is beautiful with it's design.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

It certainly is a strange and rather beautiful instrument and I agree with Judy that it certainly resembles a zither, but not in a form that I have seen befor`e.
Can you post a sound link?
