This business with Iran and other countries over the past decade or two begs the question "when and under what circumstances is it right (if at all) to send troops into a country to back up one side or the other" ??

When they seriously threaten world peace. When they are involved in ethnic cleansing. When they are using violence as a political tool. I could probably add more, but never for your own futherment like Blair did.

I am speechless in re to T.Blair - Oh, and in re to Afghanistan - Now that the Yanks have left, the World is beginning to see wholesale slaughter courtesy of the Talibans - Will there be any "political interference" to stop the slaughter? Don't hold your breath........
