I wonder what will be the least expensive. My computer is
two years old and all ready I have problems with the power
hookup to recharge my battery. There isn't many places
here that can fix this problem. So which is the cheapest?
Is it buying another computer or having it repaired?
I need your best answer.

Hi Judy,

I'm assuming this is a laptop unit (?) ... is the connection at the laptop the problem? Could be as simple as a loose connection on the motherboard, although gaining access to inerds of a laptop aren't always easy.

If it's the recharging unit and/or the battery itself, those should be relatively inexpensive to fix ... forget repairing the battery ... those are what electronic techs call "perishable tools", and are disposed of in accordance to any local laws and/or regulations.

If it's the voltage adapter, look those up on Amazon ... at least for comparison cost against buying a new PC or laptop.

Wondering too if there was a warranty for this PC/Laptop? Can you tell us which brand/model it is?
