That is a bit out of context you have to includethe winter skiing and hiking and of course the yachting at Lake Taupo and theweek end job as body painter at the ‘Young Girls Academy’ and now on top of all that I have taken thejob on as a taster at the local winery so I too busy for holidays.

Down to 14'8. A new record for me and added impetus to continue losing weight. At 14'5 I will have a plate of egg (two of) and chips to celebrate

Cottage pie today (not for breakfast though) but instead of topping with mashed spuds I'll use some suet crust pastry (same mix as dumplings) Still have some mashed spuds with it.

Chicken casserole last night, after I had promised myself a big push for the last few pounds. Trouble is my wife and daughter are both good cooks.

Still 14'8 (204 pounds) Can not shift any weight while it is so cold. I think I will have to be content with just being on hold until the weather warms up.

Go for a run each day, warm you up and shift some weight, or make you fit enough to carry the weight?

Being a cripple, some days I have trouble walking. Running is only a distant memory. I enjoy swimming, or controlled drowning as my wife calls it.

Get a treadmill or some such thing

I am on one Colin :D

I do have an exercise bike which I should use more often. The treadmill would be the same as walking, not a lot of use to me. I could use an exercise bike before they got me walking again properly.

I brought a Treadmill after my Hip fiasco and it really helped but it stands in the corner now unused.
I also have an Exercycle but I had a pop out while dismounting so that was not so good. Perhaps a rowing machine would be better?

Considering buying a bicycle. I did a lot of cycling when I was young and always enjoyed it. Nothing fancy, no mountain bikes, just what we used to call a "treader".

Currently down to 14'3" (199 pounds) despite my daughters delicious pancakes the other night.
