Magpie Music, the mail order company that I occasionally use and have done for the last ten years has gone on line. One of the last places where you could actually buy vinyl it sells records from just about every genre, and sometimes at bargain prices. My only quibble is that they do not group classes of music together, so you may find Val D0onnican next to Fats Waller, but if you have the patience to trawl through their catalogue you may find that nugget.

I have to admit that I dont look much further than Amazon for buying (or downloading) CDs. I have had some great deals in the last few months with many prices below £5
