My goal is to eventually sign with an indie label. I'm starting a band with two of my close friends who are very talented and know some people who could fix us some demos, but I would like to know if I even have potential.

Please be honest! thanks:)

Indielove09! I will be honest, open and honest, all I ever am, onstage and off.

All I caught from your presentation, listening for almost two minutes, is sadness.
That's such a slow and sad song, and you look sad sometimes.
You know how to present yourself online, but your looks are more alluring than musical,
and that's a proper English riff offa luring.

I have some real musical advice for you, as a beginner guitarist.
You should be able to play barre chords.

A real danger is you simply posting "Do I have a chance at the music industry".
Anyone from anywhere around the world can be looking at you,
and different cultures and levels of musical experience can demean you so bad.

You, and your invisible friends, should take your music outside, even to a park bench,
and see what happens when others hear you. Be real.

I agree with John. Play to people in your own environment. You will soon know if they like you or not. You are an attractive girl, which gives you a head start. Try something a little livelier as well.

I am wondering why, or what the reasons are, for showing an introductory song in a minor key with much sadness. Doesn't anyone sing in a major key anymore? Why is everything so sad, especially in this day and age.

To sell oneself to the 'invisible audience' I think one should be lots more upbeat and have a lively song, at least with the initial presentation. Save the ballad's (slow sentimental songs) and mix those in with other songs in a performance.

This girl asked about a chance, and asked us to like her.
She's gotten some serious, and lengthy, comments from some serious and lengthy musicians,
but she's not responding.
Maybe she's only interested in comments that are what she wants to hear,
just like using the technology to look and sound like she is.
Yes, that can promote a sadness.

I agree with your assesment ... most likely, the person is only seeking publicity of their singing, especially since they state please let me know by commenting or looking at my other things. I call it promotional activity.

Hopefully though, they will return, and at least acknowledge the constructive criticism, which they did ask for.
