Defective produts - what do to require a change or recover my money?

Hy...

On May 8, 2012, I bought a "Little Looper Pedal" brand "Nose" through the website, but when I got home (on August 21), I noticed that one of the loops just did not work.
I contacted the company on August 22 and returned the product for repair, as agreed with them.
After long wait, the pedal arrived at my house on October 15 with the same defect presented earlier. Apparently, the company has not looked at the product or provided the repair of the defective product.
After that, simply do not respond my emails, or seek solution to the problem.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the product sent to me and the quality of care provided by the company, which acts as amateurs, send defective products and are not responsible for its products.
Additionally, the pedal was sent to me with scratches and loose screws, showing total lack of care and attention products with buyers.
Despite Mr. Aaron Tomberlin have committed to resolve the issue, until now, 7 months later, nothing has been done.
A disrespect and shame.

What you can do about it depends on where you live. If you let us know someone may be able to help

Hey! You might have it made already if you're into historic world war one airplanes,
who used to go "loopity loop".
I recommend wearing a propellor cap to pump up your image onstage.

You should get your local music store to order for you.
There are too many basement builders selling online,
or used equipment tweakers who aren't legit businesses.
