Well I'm an 18 year old trombone player, in my tenth year of playing. I'm currently a freshman music education major at The College of New Jersey. That's more or less it. Just thought I'd introduce myself before I start making threads and asking questions. I joined this site to ask just one specific question, but I could see myself hanging around here more.

Hello, all. I'm a part time music director in a Presbyterian Church in metro Atlanta, and a full time Deputy Chief of Police. I have a BA in music and a JD. I was a vocal performance major and play piano and organ, but I play for pleasure and sometimes in church, but I am by far not a professional organist. I registered because I am thinking of buying an Allen 632 D, three manual and may have some questions. I think at $500 it would be worth it if for nothing more than a Hauptwerk console. Any comments would be welcome. Thanks, Ray

Welcome Nottipop... might send a message to Lars.. I believe in old days he was a tech.for them... and a number of the guys are well into the virtual world/program developement and can answer any questions you might have. I have a virtual instrument and a console like that which is midi ready would be great...
