    Welcome to the Community Center and Chat Forum...

    This is the place for "chat", posting of funny pics/jokes/etc., birthday greetings to other members, etc. etc. - generally everything that doesn't belong in the other forums. More serious discussions belongs in the "Open Debate" though.

    The atmosphere in here is very relaxed but the basic forum rules, found here , still applies (no porn, no offensive language, be polite to eachother, no spam/advertising etc.)
