It's getting around 'jazz' festivals time. Now though (ah not like the old days) I find I have to hunt through the brochures that come in and check just where the jazz can be found.
Poppity pop; hippity hop, and the usual -'thumpy thumpy bang bang stuff'.:confused:
However my son phoned and -ah! he's is hip without the hop (it's the way you bring them up you know!!) :) - he said be ready Friday night as he has tickets for a David Liebman Concert in St Andrews. - ooohshoobeedobie!

Seriously I have not been to a concert for about 3 years and have missed some wonderful quartets and artists.

I missed Bellowhead back in February, but I'll be going to a couple of folk festivals this month so all is not lost, don't see many jazz fests advertised round here, a couple of "clubs" in hotels but that's about all. The last concert I went to was Jools Holland about 6 years ago.
