Reading an article stating that you will lose more weight if you take your calories as fat rather than carbohydrates. I believe the Atkins diet was based on this theory. Maybe Mike can back this up?

Haven't a clue mate, I've never had to diet so have not made a study of the various myths surrounding it

I believe the only way to diet is control your food intake and don't eat too much cr*p. Carbohydrates are likely to increase your weight more than anything else.

Here's the ultimate Teddy, luckily for you it's not so common in Kent, more around Dorset and Wiltshire, each county seems to have its own variation, in Dorset they are round as in this clip, Wiltshire ones are square. They're all evil though yum yum, just had a couple of slices; local baker does the Wiltshire ones during the week and the Dorset ones on Saturday, drool!!!!!!!!!

One of the things I love about the SoF is the bread. The last village we stayed in had two bakers even though the population is only around 2,000. The variety and taste is wonderful and because they tend not to use so much (if any) fat you do not tend to suffer from weight gain.
