Hello everyone reading this post, Im new here and I dont really have any music blogs anywhere so i decided to become connected and be up to date with all the rest of the world interested in the music industry and hopefully i can learn some new things and share ideas with all the cool people on this site. Im a starting audio engineer which is my major in college- its my first year. i tried conducting for a month which didnt go far- and humiliated myself in front of a ton of people, but you know what the great book quotes before honor comes humility.my main instrument is the sax, i own a great playing SA80 series II alto sax, and about to get the same model for Tenor- i mainly play by ear- thats how i always got out of tough situations because again Im not good with ryhtem reading- shameful yeah--- i go by the feel thats my style- jam to the rythem not read, i know the chords and notes, but reading is just not my thing- and i think thats what makes the orchestra sound a lot more live, so yeah thats the gist of my story in music.
