Sometimes you want to read human's thoughts. Has anyone heard where it is possible to learn it? I am sorry if this question is not related to the topic.

Better ask my wife she always knows what I am thinking

 @ Colin ... me too :).

Back to the OP: I've not witnessed anything of the sort ... not saying that it's not plausible, but I am skeptical, at best of this being done.

I think the nearest you would get is reading emotions through body language I can't see any way that you could actually read another mind

I agree with Colin. Facial expressions and body language will often tell you a lot about what someone is thinking of. However a "poker face" and knowledge of body language will allow an experienced person to confuse you. I often use body language when I am negotiating with salesmen. I can help one to wrong foot them and obtain a better deal.

Being psychic, the paranormal, is ordinary for me.
But that's just a transcendant overlay of cerebral synaptic activity,
usually being unique with it.
Instead of going on about myself and other people I've met,
I recommend watching the DVD package, four seasons of "The Mentalist",
especially the special features where the show's consultant teaches you a little.

The difference between a psychic, the paranormal, and a mentalist, an acute observer with vast knowledge,
is like the difference between a musician who plays without reading and one who needs the notes in front of him.

I have to be careful all the time. I have a lot of excitement in me, and when it comes out, talking with another,
they get going too, and some people don't like it, thinking they're losing control and getting spun out, in my whirled.

I think it's time you forgave your mother.
