Hi everyone,

I'm a freshman piano player at a performing arts high school- as of right now, I'm not planning on a career in the arts, but I love piano nonetheless. I would really like to get advice and opinions from the community here! Nice to meet you all! :grin:

It's great to learn about another young person taking an interest in keyboard instruments. I too started piano at a very young age and went on to become a professional classical organist. To this day I still play in church each weekend and perform in several concerts/programs each year.

Welcome to the forums. I too am glad to hear of another young person enjoying the fine arts. It is something that will remain with you your entire life. I still enjoy playing at 73.
