Hello everyone,
I am a student and I currently own and play a Cremona 4/4 acoustic violin. I have played for about six years, and I am taking lessons. I recently discovered the electric violin, and I immediately took an interest in it. In other words, I think I would like to buy an electric violin! The thing is, I'm not quite sure what model to buy. I'm thinking about the Cecilio Solidwood Ebony electric violin CEVN-1, see:
http://fiddlershop.com/cecilio-solidwood-ebony-electric-violin-cevn-1.html
It caught my eye because of the great price ($150,) and included violin to aux cable, giving it the capability to add effects, using Garageband, stompboxes, etc. but I am not sure because some people leave very negative reviews. So, any ideas? Here are my preferences:
So... that's pretty much all! Please let me know what you think I should buy.
Thanks ahead of time,

- Good price... hoping for $200 or under
- Preferably solid body
- Needs to have aux input and output
- I would like it to be good quality
So... that's pretty much all! Please let me know what you think I should buy.
