Hello, this is my first topic in this forum and i don't know if i am on right place for this and if it's allowed here, i am sorry if it's not!
So just like the title says, i am looking for piano sheet music of Oscar Peterson's 'Fly me to the moon' version. I've been looking through internet for a while now and i was unable to find it for free anywhere, so i am just asking if someone has it or if someone could help me with the search? Any tip or advice is very welcome!
By the way, i am classical music pianist and pretty much new to jazz, but i want to explore it because i enjoy it so much! I am asking for this particular sheet music that i mentioned because i want to play it for the encore on my next 'classical' concert. I wanna dedicate it to my girl who kind of introduced me and got me interested into jazz, because this is her favorite song and i wanna surprise her after my concert! :)
Once again, i am really sorry if i am violating any rule of this forum, but i really don't know where i could ask this kind of question! Any kind of answer or help would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Nikola

Any free version will not be available until at least the year 2102 or longer. There are copyright laws to abide by - the consequences of getting caught with bootleg scores (jail time and heave monetary penalties) makes getting a legal copy even more appealing.

There is a video of the music (and part of the score scrolling) that can be found here

It's also possible that this particular arrangement may not be available in print. Not being available in print does not remove the copyrights for it, however. You might try contacting the publisher, Hal Leonard (here) for information on a transcription.

I'm not trying to me negative with my responses above, but, as a professional musician myself, I have great respect for copyrighted music.

In the meantime, and while you are here, check out the rest of the forum. We have an area for Jazz that might be of interest to you.

Oscar Peterson was a local boy for me, beloved by his whole neighbourhood.
People sat outside and in cars to listen to him, playing with the windows open.
And you would be surprised who was there listening.
When he moved, property values on his new street rose.
If you want even a chance to play like he did,
don't use any sheet music.
Just play and play and play all day, to know your own music and technique.
It helps, when the best bassists and drummers want to jam with you.
Put up some of your own playing.
Don't be shy. Let us hear.

And if you're going to get into copy-righted,
don't forget copy-lefted too.
