Sorry about this, but I had written several lengthy paragraphs about myself and my musical background and interests. Just as I clicked the submit button, my dial-up Internet connection unexpectedly terminated. Apparently vBulletin (which powers this forum) is incapable of handling such incidents and lost everything I had written except the subject line/title (also requiring me to login again), even though it had been continuously auto-saving what I had written. I am not going to attempt to recreate my message from scratch. Again, sorry...

The forum software has no control over lost ISP connections ... I have usually advised dial-up users to work on their posts in Notepad or Wordpad, then copy/paste them into the forum text box. When an ISP connection is lost the user will always be required to log in again. Same things happens for cable and DSL users.

The Auto-Save occurs once each 60 seconds. I will check and make sure that this feature is working correctly.
