There's a big Arsenault family here in Welland, near Niagara Falls, Canada.
A very musical family. I was friends with Ken, who had many funeral gatherings.
It was truly sad when he passed away.

Ken was a pianist when he was five, but he developed a fatal brain disease.
He had operations all his life, almost thirty, when he had a big episode,
and went in for brain surgery as relief.
When he got back home, he not only was feeling and acting better,
he apparently was totally healed, remembering his life and being physical.
What was especially awesome for his entire family,
was seeing him sit down to a piano and play songs from his youth,
when that was the last time he was healthy enough to play.

Gateway put up a really nice fountain with a figurine for him.

Sometimes you say a name and a life pops on in my mind,
as it does for you.
